Last week, I kicked off my re-election campaign with a district-wide tour that included over a dozen stops from Covington to Big Stone Gap to Martinsville. We talked to over 200 people in four days. It was an incredible week.
All week long, I had the chance to talk to supporters and regular folks who are concerned about all of the challenges facing our country.
I talked to business owners who are worried about keeping the lights on, seniors who are concerned about their health care and coal miners worried about their livelihood. I always say the best part of my job is listening to folks like you – and I mean it.
I just wanted to say thank you to those who came out. Your support is humbling.
It would be an honor to serve as your Congressman for two more years.
